Q:How to lock it securely?

A:

Open the latch and adjust the length. Fine-tune the screw until you feel clear resistancewhen closing the latch, requiring a firm press to lock it down. Test by pressing the polevertically against the ground; if it doesn't retract, it is securely locked.(As shown in Figure 1)

Q:When should I use the mud basket and tip protector?

A:

Mud Basket: Designed for soft surfaces (mud, gravel, snow) to prevent the tip fromsinking too deep. Tip Protector: Ideal for smooth surfaces (tiles, epoxy, indoor floors) toprovide grip and prevent scratching the floor.

Q:Can I extend the pole to any length?

A:

No. Do not extend any section beyond the clearly marked "STOP" line. Doing so leavestoo little overlapping tube area, significantly increasing the risk of breakage.(As shown in Figure 2)

Q:Can I lean my full body weight on it when I'm tired?

A:

No. The pole is a walking aid meant to assist with balance and reduce joint strain. Neverput your full body weight on it, as it may bend and cause accidental falls.

Q:Can I use it to pull a partner up a steep slope?

A:

Strictly prohibited. Never use the pole as a rope to pull others. The locking mechanism isnot designed to withstand direct human pulling force; forced pulling can cause the sectionsto detach, endangering both parties.

Q:Can children use this product?

A:

This product is not suitable for children under 8 years old. Minors aged 8 and abovemust use it under constant adult supervision.

Part 3: Inspection & Maintenance

Q:What if a section won't lock or is damaged during use?

A:

Routinely check that all latches are secure before and during use. Stop using the productimmediately to ensure your safety if you notice any cracks, damage, deformation, or if any
section fails to lock.

Q:Can I disassemble or modify the pole?

A:

No. Do not use it for purposes other than trekking, hiking, and photography. Neverdisassemble or modify the product, as this will compromise its structural integrity and safety.
