FAQ

Q1: Which phone models is the product compatible with?

A1: Bare phone : Compatible with iPhone 12 to 17 series. With case : Compatible with all magnetic phone cases. If neither applies, use the magnetic adapter sheet included with your phone case. This grip is compatible with iPhones from the 12 to 17 series. If you have a magnetic phone case, you can attach it directly. If not, use the included adapter sheet for a secure connection.

Q2: How does the two-stage shutter button work?

A2: The two-stage shutter button allows for more precise control: Hold for 2 seconds to turn on/off. Half-press to focus. Full-press to capture a photo or start video recording. Two half-presses quickly switch between front and rear cameras. The button mimics traditional camera controls, giving you better responsiveness when focusing and shooting.

Q3: Can I use this grip with other brands of phones, or is it only for iPhone?

A3: Yes, the grip is compatible with any phone that supports MagSafe or has a magnetic phone case. For non-MagSafe devices, you can use the included magnetic adapter sheet to securely attach the grip. Although it's optimised for iPhone, the magnetic grip works with other phones via the magnetic adapter.

Q4: How does the quick zoom feature work?

A4: The quick zoom feature lets you switch between focal lengths with ease. Simply press a button to zoom in or out during shooting. Perfect for adjusting to your environment, whether you need to zoom in for close-ups or switch to a wide-angle shot.

Q5: What does the red light mean on the grip?

A5: The red light indicates the grip's battery level has dropped below 20%. The device will still function properly, but you may need to charge it soon. Don’t worry—the red light is just a low battery warning. The grip remains fully functional until charged.

Q6: How long can I use the grip for vlogging or shooting?

A6: The Fun Shot Magnetic Grip 2 is designed for extended use . You can comfortably vlog for up to 2 hours thanks to its ergonomic design and reduced effort needed compared to standard grips. Even during long shoots, this grip ensures comfort, reducing hand fatigue so that you can focus on your content.

Q7: What is the maximum range of the remote control?
