Other devices may require a compatible magnetic case or adapter ring. Because magnetic strength varies between devices and cases, always check the hold before filming.
Not if you use a thin magnetic-compatible case with a secure connection. Thick, textured or non-magnetic cases may weaken the hold. Cases with wallets, kickstands or other attachments can also affect the phone’s balance and should be removed before use.
