Q: Can this TELESIN filter kit be used with GoPro models other than Hero 13?
A: No. This kit is precisely designed for the GoPro Hero 13 lens size and shape. For Hero 9–12 or other models, please use TELESIN filter kits made specifically for those cameras.
Q: What is the main difference between this TELESIN kit and generic filters?
A: TELESIN uses high-transparency Corning glass, a Hero 13–specific fit and multi-layer coatings optimized for action shooting, while many generic filters use ordinary glass, looser tolerances and less durable coatings.
Q: How do I choose between ND8, ND16, ND32 and ND64?
A: Use ND8 for cloudy or soft light, ND16 for most bright days, ND32 for very bright midday or snow/beach, and ND64 for extreme brightness or creative long-exposure effects.
Q: Do I really need a CPL filter if I already have ND filters?
A: Yes, if you shoot around water, snow, glass or wet roads. The CPL reduces reflections and boosts color and contrast, while ND filters mainly control brightness and motion blur.
Q: Will the silicone inner ring or frame scratch my Hero 13?
A: The contact surface is soft silicone, not metal, so it won’t scratch the housing when mounted and removed correctly. Just make sure there is no sand or grit between the filter and camera.
Q: Are these filters suitable for underwater, rain and snow?
A: Yes. The Corning glass and multi-layer coatings resist water and oil, making them suitable for rain, snow and splashes. For deep or long underwater use, combine them with a TELESIN waterproof housing.
Q: Will these filters affect the color or sharpness of my footage?
A: The filters are designed to stay neutral and sharp. The CPL may make colors look richer by cutting glare, while ND filters reduce light without intentionally changing color.
Q: How does this kit help if I mostly shoot POV action like biking or skiing?
A: ND16/ND32 prevent blown-out highlights in bright light, and add smoother motion, while the CPL cuts glare from snow, water and wet roads so you can see more detail in the terrain.
Q: What kind of warranty or support does TELESIN offer for this kit?

Q: Is this kit suitable for beginners who have never used filters before?

Order Handling Time:

Delivery Time:
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 BUSINESS days after the order is placed.
- Shipping time (Estimate): This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-20 working days to arrive at their destination but may take longer in busy times, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.
Shipping Method:
Standard shipping and Express Shipping.
For standard shipping estimates, delivery time depends on the shipping address. Usually takes about 1-3 weeks, remote areas may be longer.
For express shipping estimated delivery time usually takes about 7-15 days with a $25--$35 shipping cost. Courier shipping if it does not arrive on time we will refund you the extra courier cost, not the product cost.
